The service man was friendly, courteous and competent and wasted no time getting to work on the machine. However, the problem with the washer still existed after he left. It was money wasted.

Best Buy uses Sears to fulfill their extended warranties. The technician who worked on my appliance was nice but the problem is not resolved. A virtual technician diagnosed the problem over the phone so I’m not surprised wrong parts were sent to my home for the technician to install.

Wayne, the repairman was incredibly nice and courteous. He fixed my dryer and did all the service and labor in less than an hour. I am taking two stars because the repair service fee was astronomical. $370 for replacing a belt. The part itself was only $18. Definitely will shop around and probably use a different service next time.

Their ai system is very difficult to get through. They ordered the wrong parts, continue to postpone the appointment last minute after I took the day off of work to be home for them to come by. I spent $600 to repair the oven and it’s been over a month and 6 appointments later and it’s still broken. I’m going to try to get a refund and hire a different company.

The service tech was excellent. Fixed the problem. But phone and online customer service with Sears Appliance Repair is abysmal. Because they can't properly document a service request, it took 3 times before a succes6srrvice was completed. Will not purchase the repair plan because of this.
