Jim, our service technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I have no complaints about that, but I will say that the AI service that Sears uses in order to schedule appointments is horrible. It does not spell things correctly and thus caused us to have to cancel and reschedule because it didn’t get our address, right. It would not let us edit it within the program and there was no way to talk to anyone even with the chat. The chat did not provide us the options that we needed to correct the service call. It was very frustrating to say the least. I want to speak to a human. They need a better system for scheduling. The service call was $129 to diagnose the problem and the tech was here maybe 30 minutes to just unfreeze the ice maker because it had been leaking water . I was charged in total $245. And it did not require any parts. I think that was excessive for the amount of time that was spent here with nothing broken. I will be using someone else next time even though Jim did a good job.

Stock department can't seem to inform repair men on parts. Are the parts to be mailed to customer or the repair wear house. Leaving the customer having to reset repair date on the unit, one to more weeks. This makes the repairman look as to fault. NOT GOOD
