Daryl came out and tested our refrigerator. Told us what was wrong and the cost to repair. This was on July 17th. Parts arrived in approximately 4 days. If I’d of let the AI program run I wouldn’t have had Daryl back out until August 12. I got to playing with the AI and got my appointment moved to July 31. Being with limited refrigerator/freezer space this 12 days was a big thing. I am not sold on the AI process. However Daryl was 100% the right guy for the work. If I have another problem, you will be my first call. I just need to know how to request Daryl threw the AI system.

Our Frigidaire freezer was brand new 3 years ago and always had problems dripping and then freezing up. We had 6-7 repairmen come out and they never fixed it. After a couple years we were frustrated again and called a repairman. It's been 2 weeks and it appears that Jim fixed it!
