Showed up promptly for appointment. Very nice and professional. Determined my dishwasher was beyond repair and called into the warranty company to get paperwork started to get me a new appliance. I received an email confirming the report and they will be contacting me within two days to issue refund so I can purchase new dishwater

Brandon C. arrived on time and very quickly identified our stove problem and promptly repaired it. He was very professional, prompt, friendly and efficient. 5+++ stars for Brandon. Top notch service. Saved us a lot of money by repairing our old Kenmore stove. We will highly recommend Sears appliance service to friends and family, thanks to Brandon. Thanks Brandon!!! As for the AI scheduling, not so good. Clearly requested and confirmed with your bot a repair was needed for a gas stove. When I called later to check status, the bot informed me my "washer" repair was scheduled. Bot botched it! Do much for AI! Thankfully Brandon arrived prepared and was able to repair our stove. Sears, your AI needs work.
