Sears repair was able to repair my kenmore washer and get it up and running quickly. Initially repair person sent with incorrect part so had to wait for delivery & reschedule appointment.

Chris was very personable and courteous. He examined my refrigerator and made observations about what the problem might be with the icing in my freezer. He also provided details on warranties which I decided to take advantage of- not only for my refrigerator but other appliances also
