I would give the repair man a 5 star. However, the "service" that Sears provides is not adequate. It's just about impossible to schedule via telephone, so resorted to an online appointment. Initial appointment was to basically just verify what I had already specifically described, including the malfunctioning part number. We had to wait all day for the serviceman to show. Sears leads you to believe that parts will be on the truck. Not so. Now a second appointment had to be made. Again an 8 hour wait at home for service in another week. Then, the bill! The part listed on Sears / Kenmore website ran about $79.00. The service charged me $140.30 plus tax for the same part. DOUBLE the listed price! Then, labor was $299! That's for about 30 minutes of work. I hope to not have anymore problems with this washer, but if I do I will try to find a different, more efficient, and fairer price service repair company.

Never received the part in the mail. However, American Home Shield was still charged for "labor" that never occurred. Sounds rather sketchy to me. Not sure how to rate the technician, because Dino himself was an alright dude. But sears as a whole dropped the ball, so I'm leaving fair review based on the overall performance of the service call. Do better Sears! No one should have to pay for services that were never performed, especially when the customer is unable to reach a human being for communication.

Dino was very knowledgeable about the situation. However, your repair price was way too high. We can purchase a new washer for your repair price.

Only giving two stars because I was given the time frame of 8-5, he didn’t get there until 6:00pm. He diagnosed the problem but didn’t have the replacement on him. This was for my rental house so not only did my renters wait ALL day for him to show up, so did I. Then after all that waiting, there was no solution to the problem today. Had to pay $99 for him to tell me the whole ice maker needed to be replaced. Then he told me the cost of the replacement part and it was outrageous. The tech was friendly but he was an hour past the time frame given. I’m frustrated that we wasted a whole day waiting on someone for them to tell us he couldn’t fix it. Then had to pay a service fee. I feel like I should be reimbursed for my time. You had a time frame of 8-5, that’s ridiculous to be late.

The technician came out then it have no kind of form of communication. He just left my house one in his vehicle saying that no one paid the $100 service. My husband then went out to give him the $100 and he had a bad attitude, saying all this somebody manipulated something no you’re the technician come out and fix the problem, but he never did that. It was terrible service all the way around.

Technicians are great! But customer service is only through AI…. Could never talk to a DNA created person regarding a payment issue!!! Do not use Sears if you ever want to talk to a real person…The techs don’t even have access to real people

This is very awful. The technician s name is Samuel He went to address after verifying with me. And later said it's wrong address I need to contact warranty company. This tech in particular is awful. We had him before. Managers need to know about this. We have been waiting with no fridge for a while. We are done with SEARS.

It took almost three months for your company to finish the job. It wasn't until I called and demanded a refund that the part was ordered, then it arrived in two days. I had a very hard time getting ahold of someone to tell them that the part was here, then several more weeks before an appointment was made, which was repeatedly postponed. My service technician arrived yesterday almost two hours past the time window (1-5 pm) I was given, but he was friendly and efficient, so I give HIM (not the company) five stars.
