Seriously? I spent over an hour trying to talk to someone on the phone to get help and its an endless loop that leads to nowhere. No matter what option you press or any of the choices under each option. You need to DO EVERYTHING better, and I would suggest starting with answering your phone instead of having a computer yell them "sorry please call back" for a variety of different reasons. ZERO stars
