The service technicians were very good BUT the AI REALLY NEEDS WORK. It took my information incorrectly and I tried to update it as directed. It wouldn’t let me do an address correction and it wouldn’t allow me to speak to a REAL PERSON about an address correction or a question about my bill!

The tech Timothy was incredibly amazing. He was quite courteous and respectful. He was able to repair my problem immediately after diagnosing the issue. My furnace motor was locked up. I only had a copay of $60. My home warranty covered parts & labor. Im happy to have heat again!
