Andy T was excellent! However, I can not say anything positive about the scheduling AI chatbot that Sears uses to interact with customers. Apparently as a result of the poorly mixed database that Sears uses to support its AI interface, my riding lawn mower repair was unnecessarily delayed for 3 weeks. During which time I could not get the AI interface to take corrective action or get one human to override the obvious errors in this process!
