Scott is great guy, he had done repairs for me before. Service given by A@e is terrible the will not do any work in my home 17 days to get a part, I was able to get it in two days.

Gregory was fantastic and professional as a technician! I’d give him 10 stars if possible. AI was a horrible experience though as I’d prefer speaking with a human not a computer. I think there should be an option to speak to a human
