Great technician that is a perfectionist and true master of his craft, I noticed that he cared about getting this ac up and running and was a genuinely great person.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Timothy or Sears repair as a company. They keep you well informed and the technician they sent to me got on the task and nailed it in less than 30 minutes.

Marvin wad the best. Informative. He shared every detail as the issue of the repair was discovered. He took the extra time to repair the refrigerator/freezer leak & check with the manufacturer 's assistance resorce to nake sure he did everything correctly. I was lucky to be on his appointment list today! Please take care of Marvin, Sears!
