First scheduled for 12/8, they rescheduled to 12/15 without asking me or telling me. Had to reschedule to 12/19 bc I was out of town 12/15. Waited for a call the 19th, my bf was home all day with the dogs. Had 2 missed calls while at work from an Indiana spam number that didn't leave a voice-mail or text or email me about being on his way. Found out he showed up, but didn't not knock or ring the bell. He only took a picture of my front door and then drove away. Finally came out 12/22 for 5 min. Previous visit less than 3 months ago, he stated thus is a problem I'll have to deal with for the life of these fridge and that they'll never replace it.

Repair man was rude and demanding of me. He fixed the dryer, and I’m grateful for that, but I would’ve preferred to have been treated kindly.

Update 2: they are pushing us off again. Called warrant company to have them pulled off the job. Never again will i have any involvement with sears. Won't even so their products after this. Heartless company that wants to see disabled people suffer. Update: Disabled with lung issues and now they are pushing my 2nd appointment out further. Can't talk to a human because they are strictly AI. Talk about irresponsible and unprofessional. They don't care about their customers at all. I'll be reporting it to my warranty company to hopefully get them to find someone else that actually does the job they are hired to do. Didn't fix the problem. We even told him before he left that the air still wasn't blowing out of the vents like it should. Told us to try cleaning the ducts, which we did that before even contacting anyone for it to bec looked at. He claimed the temp was dropping. When I looked it had went up not down. Now we have to wait 4 more days to have it looked at again? So a whole week without AC during the hottest month of the year? Don't know if he just wanted to rush out because he was rolling in sweat or what, but very unprofessional.

I sent all the washer information in including pics of new parts, sears service man did not install parts or repair washer, he left without saying anything I don’t understand, so disrespectful!!! Why do you hire this kind of representation I was very pleased with Sears my whole life until this horrible experience

Tim was a zero stars because he never showed up. We were home the whole morning. Cars were in the driveway and all. He never rung the doorbell nor knocked on the door. We were home when stated apparently we were not there. He did not have a contact number for us to contact him, he never called my phone either. Just from this interaction with him, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Also! I don't not speak business with AI, I strictly do business with an actual person.

The tech was not knowledgeable of the parts needed, didn’t have the parts or the correct diagram for the unit although I had uploaded the correct diagram showing the parts needed. I had to explain multiple times one of the parts that was needed, and it didn’t appear the tech was interested in providing attentive service. I thought the fee and estimate was extremely overpriced.

We have had a dryer repair ticket open for ten months. We have been no showed nearly every Saturday in those intervening months. One time a technician did come and the part which had arrived was defective. He proceeded with the repair regardless and left the dryer in an inoperable state (the lint screen would not seat properly in the sheath and stuck four inches into the chamber). I went outside to tell him the work was not satisfactory and he said he wouldnt do anything about it so I had to reseat the original defective lint screen. We were then told that we didnt need to renew our warranty because the order was opened during the time it was opened. They also ordered new parts to complete the repair properly. RIGHT after the warranty expired our order was inexplicably cancelled and we are now being told our options are to pay for the parts or renew the warranty. This company is a scam at worst and the single most inept, vapid, and inefficient company in America at best. Do anything you can to never deal with Sears Home Service in your life, there is nothing that can prepare you for the waste of time and money you will experience if you choose to do business with this company. An absolute failure on all levels.

This guy was extremely rude! He demanded $100 after I told him I paid it already. He wasn't prepared to do the job saying that he needed a second person to remove it for diagnostic. I asked why did he come alone if he knew it took 3 people. He kept demanding $100. I told him I would be at my house in 5 min. I had choice warranty on the phone to confirm that I paid and he left without doing anything I never want this company to come back for any reason.
