He was knowledgeable but did not have much to say. He doesn't strike me as a very friendly person. He did fix our refrigerator so far so I am glad about that.

Didn't plug my washer back into the outlet and put the machine back in place . This 79 year old woman had to maneuver it out more and get a step ladder to plug it back into the proper place. Then I had to walk it back and forth to get it into place. Repair work was fine but disappointed about the rest. First appointment, Glenn was great, but maybe I just expected too much this time !

I am giving a rating of 3 due to the fact that he was supposed to be here a week ago. I waited all day (8-5). No one from AHS called or texted. The ordered parts sat in the packages on the basement floor for a week and a half. I think that Glen does good work but communication is lacking.

Samsung Fridge
Fridge water/ice wasn't fixed when tech came. The lines seemed to of possibly froze up and now thawed with fan being replaced and his flooding the kitchen. Will be filing a new claim tomorrow.

He lied to me twice
He ordered the wrong part and blamed it on the manufacturer sending the wrong part, when the order clearly had the wrong part number listed, so it was definitely his fault for misreading the number. He then told me that I would have to pay for the new part on top of the wrong part. I told him that I wasn't paying since it wasn't my mistake. He decided he would rather refund the amount of the service call than pay for the correct part. I agree, bust ask for the part number since I still paid for the diagnostic fee. HE GAVE ME THE WRONG PART NUMBER AGAIN! Which I only find out after ordering it myself and try to install it. It takes a lot to make me this mad, but he lied to me twice and tried to charge me enough that I could've bought a brand new washer. Sears doesn't have a phone number I can call to talk to him or his supervisor, just a useless AI. I won't be using Sears again!

nothing fixed. Service request keeps getting closed out because you can not get mother board, too old, but no one does anything about it. I have to keep having you guys come out. report back can't fix it and then close it out again. You need to get your heads out of where ever and get my problem fixed. Talk to American Home Shield, don't just close out the claim.

Technician NO SHOW
I've set here for ten and one half hours waiting for a repair tech. Now I get a message saying he's here. We'll, he's NOT HERE, never showed up, never called and now I'm being asked to rate his service. If 0 was an option, that's what you'd get. This is the second time I've set all day for tech that never showed. If he says he was here he's a liar.
