He made an effort to try to find the problem and to it I'm not convinced at this point that it is fixed because I've had to have somebody here for 5 times and after a week or so it's messed up again So only time will tell He didn't request any parts just like the previous ones so we'll see

Didn't plug my washer back into the outlet and put the machine back in place . This 79 year old woman had to maneuver it out more and get a step ladder to plug it back into the proper place. Then I had to walk it back and forth to get it into place. Repair work was fine but disappointed about the rest. First appointment, Glenn was great, but maybe I just expected too much this time !

I am giving a rating of 3 due to the fact that he was supposed to be here a week ago. I waited all day (8-5). No one from AHS called or texted. The ordered parts sat in the packages on the basement floor for a week and a half. I think that Glen does good work but communication is lacking.
