Blake was very helpful in what he could do. Apparently the quality of the product has decreases. He informed me that the door is defective. We didn't have a problem when we purchased the freezer. It didnt start freezing ice icicles on the inside until close to the end of the warranty time. With it not being in my home, i forgot to schedule an appointment sooner. But, to find that it is a defective door, does not make me happy with the Kenmore brand if appliances.

I have a Maytag machine that has been a lemon since new. I have had it serviced many times, each time to only have the continuing problems. Tim, the technician came out and diagnosed it and fixed it immediately! He has been the only technician that has ever been able to fix the problems before he leaves. If Tim can fix it, I will continue using Sears, otherwise, the service isn't worth the cost.
