Sears, You notice the dates when I called on this fridge? sometime in June I believe, so its been 4 Months Plus when I first called to get a Tech to come out & fix this fridge? Do you know how much trouble it is to go without a fridge??? Then all the Stores are all closed, so where is Sears going to get a tech to come out? Wow finally you made an app. for Martin to come out, he was very kool! he tested the fridge, & found out what was wrong pretty quickly, who ever puts the ice makers in the Sears refrigerators sure don't know how to do (their)or(his) job??? The icemaker was practically Jammed into the hole & Tweaked it were it leaked all inside the back wall & into the ice tray, causing it to ice up behind the back wall & froze where it stopped the fridge from working, being cold inside the fridge, at a temperature of 50 plus degrees, & the whole fridge of food got ruined, I will be doing a food inventory real soon. Well Maybe he was in a Hurry or just didn't care??? but Martin did care, & did a very good job!!! & he told me just exactly what was wrong & he fixed it!!! Thank You very much Martin! I just wish it hadn't taken so long to get a tech out to my place???
