Glenn diagnosed the problem as a bad electrical board and explained the options of repair or new fridge. We decided the cost of repair was too high. Based on this one experience, we would use Sears service again.

Dryer need to be cleaned. He did the cleaning. While he was working on the dryer, he discovered a problem with the water heater. The h2o heater is next to the dryer. he recommended we have someone come and fix the wiring. I'm grateful for that. Nice guy.

Glen is very knowledgeable and is appreciated. I was not notified the day before the estimated time he was coming, only a 9 hour time frame.I wish you had a phone number to call other than your 40 minute phone wait number. Your customer service and communication is terrible.
