Dryer maintenance
Dryer need to be cleaned. He did the cleaning. While he was working on the dryer, he discovered a problem with the water heater. The h2o heater is next to the dryer. he recommended we have someone come and fix the wiring. I'm grateful for that. Nice guy.

Glen is very knowledgeable and is appreciated. I was not notified the day before the estimated time he was coming, only a 9 hour time frame.I wish you had a phone number to call other than your 40 minute phone wait number. Your customer service and communication is terrible.

Glenn serviced our home and fixed our refrigerator. He called before he headed our way to give us a heads up on timing and showed up on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to not only fix our item but to also educate me on proper maintenance of our appliances. He took time to answer all of my questions as well. We had a great experience all the way around and plan to use Sears services again.
