Glenn did an excellent job. He was able to install the part without difficulty and our washer was up and running in no time. Have had no issues since his visit. As for customery service, your people, although helpful, are limited to what can be done to make me (the consumer) satisfied. The lack of sympathy from your corporate office for 2 MONTHS of waiting is unacceptable. Having to talk to someone who is not fluent in English and the accent is so thick I can not understand him....VEXING to say the least. Your company wants to save money and use people in other countries to save money. No problem. You have lost a customer anyway. This is no big deal to you anyhow. Farewell.
