The gentleman came out the first time and got us hooked up with our 5 year warranty. I thought it was only 1 year… We have too of the line Speed Queen washer and dryer. They have a 5 year warranty. So Grateful! He was Professional and full of knowledge! Great Guy and Great Company of Sears Repair Service!!
