The technician that came today has been here three times now to replace my ice maker. Very poor design with the ice maker and tray. My ice maker will not shut off and runs over the sides which makes for a huge mess in the freezer. The technician is always very friendly and professional. It's not his fault for the poor design of the ice maker. GE needs to redesign ice maker and tray for this make and model of refrigerator.
