The technician was knowledgeable and skillful in diagnosing the problem, ordering the correct part, and installing the part. Our wait after the part arrived until it was installed was minimal.

I’m leaving 1 star and I’m only doing that because the technician that came was knowledgeable and nice. The company itself has out sourced all customer service to another country so when you need something with urgency you are out of luck. Our fridge went out on Sunday. We called for service on Monday. The fridge was not cooling and the connection to the water line was leaking. We had a warranty on the fridge so we declined service due to the cost as we wanted to see what the warranty people had to say. 5 min after the tech left on Monday we received the email estimate and realized the $800 repair was only for the inverter box and didn’t include the water connection. I called immediately to have it updated. The customer service company said I would need to wait 48 to 72 hours for the updated email. I was frustrated since they should have been able to contact dispatch or the tech immediately. If I had known I would have just chased him down the street. Instead it is now Friday, I still don’t have a complete estimate and when I called today they said I should have it tomorrow. There was no one I could speak to other than the rep on the phone. There was no US call center I could be transferred to. There was no urgency to the fact I had been with out a working fridge for 5 days and was daily incurring costs to eat out. Unfortunately I have no choice due to my rural location except to use this company I would urge anyone with options to consider some one else. Again no issues with the tech (other than the incomplete estimate which I’m sure he would have updated quickly if he had been contacted) but the customer service is non existent on the phone. Update** as you can see below Sears replied asking me to call them . Unfortunately the number they have listed below is the same call center that I have had such issue with. When you call it is an automated phone tree. As no direct dial number is listed or extension given I was unable to speak with anyone who would actually be able to address my concerns. I stand by my original review. Update** I have upgraded them to 2 stars, again only for the technicians professional and knowledgeable help. I stand by the customer service review being an awful process and will continue to encourage you to avoid them if possible.

Wish I could do negative stars, this is the biggest scam since Verizon promotions! No actual human to talk with, they send parts to your home that are not for the appliance that needs fixed. A tech isn't allowed to carry any common parts on his van. I'm about to contact someone concerning a law suit to be reimbursed for the cost plus time & trouble. Sears, Don't give my the BS phone number to call because you can't understand the people that you've contracted to answer through a call center. Our tech was very friendly & helpful. I'll use you tube to do my own repair.

We were very pleased with Chris, our technician, however as for the company-not so much. The parts came from Amazon, which I’m sure I could have ordered on my own. They always set return date weeks later and then the part, which was sent to my house, I had to call and go through an automated service before getting a ‘human being’ on the phone. The initial contact was on Oct. 26th, at which we had to pay “in full” and today, Dec 9th we had our fourth appointment completed and hopefully our refrigerator is finally cooling and freezing. Oct 26th to Dec 9th is a LONG time without a refrigerator.

I'm only leaving 1 star because it won't let me leave 0. I waited all day for a technician that never showed up. Finally get a hold of a customer service lady, she can't tell me anything about what happened, she said because the system is down. I read her all the details on the order page. They didn't see any reason to let people know appointments weren't going to work today, but I got a confirmation text at 7:03am confirming my appointment for today. Now I still don't have a working washing machine
