Larry worked hard to repair my fridge ice maker. Frigidaire ice makers are notoriously poor quality and faulty so repairs are a challenge (second time the same piece has failed). Appreciated Larry’s patience and dedication.

I wasn't too happy the first time the technician was suppose to arrive to fix my freezer (water dispenser and ice maker). I took the day off of work so I would be sure to be there when he arrived. He didn't show up, nor did I get a call letting me know he wouldn't make it that day. The appointment was rescheduled and he arrived that time. He had to order a part, which that was sent to me directly and it arrived in a very timely manner. However, I had to wait 3-4 weeks before he was scheduled to be back to install the part ordered. Minh knew what he was doing and I was so happy when my freezer was back to working! Thank you Minh!

Repairman was great but automated communication was horrible. No one reached out after part was back ordered to reschedule. Poor customer service and poor consumer affairs support!

He should have stayed and fixed it. Now my washer is locked and still not able to be used. He told me what to do. But it is locked again. Going on months without a washer.

If I could select the star it would be 0. The very worst experience, I’ve ever had. Sears came out 2 days after requesting repair and diagnosed, then they put us on Schedule for 3 weeks later for parts and repair to be to repair due to order parts
