Joshua was prompt and polite. He assessed the dishwasher racks with many rust areas. He noted that some were close to collapse. However, AIG customer service would not authorize new parts since they were still working. When a dish falls through and breaks, I’ll set up a new appointment through Best Buy. Joshua did all he could and the service call was covered by AIG
