Very knowledgeable polite gentleman! Very respectful of the home and the appliance he was repairing. Took extra care to make sure everything was put back in place and working perfect before he left. Could we please have this technician every time ? This service call was as close to how old-time service used to be. We were very impressed! He should get a raise whatever you pay him He's worth more!!

Roy put in the new part promptly and then answered some questions I had regarding the operation of my fridge. He was neat and courteous—good experience all around with Roy. Your automated booking system is another matter—very confusing and too long.
