Martin was very polite and professional. Explained repairs with the opportunity for me to make my own choice on whether or not to proceed with the repair. Put everything back in place when finished. I would recommend Martin for any of my appliance repairs.

Theodore did an excellent job; however, the time it took to get a repair made was totally unacceptable, not his fault. Having to use AI versus talking with a rep is SO irritating.
