The one thing I don't like about my appointment is the slot time 8 am to 5 pm. That means I can't leave home during this time frame. Your system needs upgrade. If the technician has 10 stops for that day. It would be better to start at closer appointment than miles apart to each one. My technician was traveling to A then drive several miles to next on list that was in computer. When the day could be better laid out for saving on wear and tear of vehicle. Back tracking to 3 towns back you just drove through?
