Dan is wonderful. Very efficient & extremely polite. As for Sears Service I don’t have very good feelings toward. We had an appointment scheduled on Friday June 7th. The serviceman (not Dan) never showed. And instead of us being first on the list for Monday, we were not scheduled till June 18th. Which means I had been without an oven for approximately a month.
