My technician was nice and helpful. It's not his fault. The problem is they wanted to charge me $125 for a drain pump motor and $355 to put it in. Plus, I paid $129 for the estimate. I found the OEM part for $34 and put it in without much hassle. They credit half of the estimate back if you have them perform the service, so the total cost would be about $545 to fix a used washing machine. It's hard to imagine anyone would consider that reasonable.

The technicians nice and knowledgeable but the only thing that needed to be done was the child lock on my washer was on, which took only 5 mins to turn off. The labor cost was $140 dollars. What if it would have been something major labor cost $140 an hour that’s insane.

My technician was great! However Sears has had his recommendation for replacement since last week and has YET to send the confirmation over to AHS! My oven tech (from SEK Repair) sent my recommendation for replacement in minutes after completion of his visit and I have already ordered my replacement! No live agents, no way to email or talk to anyone. The stupid AI system doesn't help at all. Ridiculous. Oh and now the AI responds with yet another phone number that just leads to the same damn AI "help line". How about, have a real person contact me?

Not Happy , every thing was on line and I wanted to talk with a person,direct. The part came in the mail no return address the next day had to wait a week , I thought I would cancel but didn't to much trouble. Asked for a warranty and the service done by mail not on line.the warranty was only 30 days and for 499. It should have a little longer.
