I am completely disappointed with their service. I paid $139, and they didn't even move the washing machine. They just took a picture of it and said that the control unit was broken—and that they didn't have the replacement part.

Waited long time to get parts, parts FINALLY came only they say they can't fix it because of burnt wiring, didnt take the now unless parts, supposed to get a replacement fridge but can't get a hold of anybody to order it or confirm if it's coming. Never order from best buy as they have sears home warranty service. NEVER get sears home warranty service. AI is all I ever get. I still have a broken fridge and parts sitting here that are now useless because repair tech didnt take them.
