Ben was great when he came to fix our refrigerator. But the customer service for A&E Factory service was the absolute worst. Couldn't get a hold of an actual person to find out why we were rescheduled 3 times. We waited 6 weeks from the first appt and diagnosis to getting the actual repair done.

Jeffrey was knowledgeable and was able to repair my washing machine quickly and efficiently. Also, helpful in letting me know I was using too much detergent.
