I would have given a 5, but they asked for model number and serial number so parts could be ordered so only one trip would be needed. I provided the information plus the part number, they ignored what I provided and didn’t order the parts until after the first trip.

My LG microwave, under warranty, went out the beginning of April. Apparently Sears Home Services was the only vendor LG would use for repairs. So after LG submitted the request to sears, Sears AI contacted me and said they couldn’t come out for 3 weeks because parts needed to be ordered. I got the parts within a week, but there were still no available dates until end of April. And the time slot that a technician would arrive that day was between 8am and 5pm. So I have to take off from work a whole day to wait for a tech. So the day rolls around and the technician never shows up. So I reach out to sears, keep in mind EVERYTHING is handled strictly by AI, and I am not getting anywhere. So I ask the AI chat bot to speak to a real person and it gives me a phone number. The phone number calls an AI bot that just confirms my appointment and doesn’t offer me an option to speak to someone. Finally, after pleading with the chat AI, it gives me another number. So I call this one, and I get someone from India who states that my case is closed, even though the AIs and the order online show that it’s open. The Indian guy doesn’t care, I have to open a new case through Lg. So I open a new warranty case through Lg. A couple days later an actual American guy from sears home services calls me, and after some discussion, doesn’t know why the last service call was missed and states that the parts that were shipped to me are wrong. So now more parts have to be ordered, so now I have to wait until JUNE 3rd!!! Again, I receive the parts within the week, however, unable to reschedule for an earlier date. So, TWO MONTHS, after my microwave goes out, I take another day off of work, because the timeline is once again between a ridiculous time somewhere between 8-5. This time a technician does come. The technician himself was fine. Fixed the microwave within an hour and was done. However, the whole process through Sears home services was absolutely horrible and will not be using myself or recommending the services to anyone.

Kept pushing back my appointment because their system said I had no parts even though I told them multiple times I had the parts took over 2 weeks to get my fridge fixed and when he did fix it he didn't even clean up after himself.

Jeffrey came out very early 12/23 or 24. I was not given opportunities for my preference of service call time. I’m not sure he had the technical skills to diagnose my washing machine problem (repeating rinse and spin cycle and not finishing a load of laundry). Basically He told me it was my problem because I was putting too much clothes in a load and I should do smaller loads, so it could balance. Then he left, I was $150.00 poorer and my washing machine still can’t finish a load of wash no matter how small the load is. His service was a complete waste of time and money. They should send someone with the tech skills to fix my problem. Very dissatisfied!

The ac was not fixed. He couldn’t find out why is wasn’t working. Said he did all the tests and refilled the coolant and that it was working. Paid him and ac is not working. Called customer service who wouldn’t help with getting anyone to come fix it. Instead dropped the work order and took my money for NOTHING!

Our refrigerator died after 8 years. It was under warranty for 10 years. But Sears wouldn’t honor it because we didn’t have the original sales receipt. We had the user manual (with the date on it,) as well as the credit card receipt . But not the sales receipt given to us 8 years ago. The repair man said he couldn’t share the phone number so we could talk to Sears corporate office. Needless to say, we had no recourse but to buy a new fridge in May!

Called LG about a refrigerator problem. They scheduled the service repair with Sears Home Services. Everything went well at first. Guy came out and diagnosed the issue, but had to order the parts. Parts were shipped to my house on time. Another service appointment was made to install the parts. No one showed and no one gave any update in the 8-5 service window. I happened to have the techs number from the first appointment. He said that his vehicle broke down. Okay that happens but no call/texts? They rescheduled the appointment 4 more times but no one ever showed called or texted! Of course I called Sears Home services each time. Phone calls took 45 minutes just to talk to some one. They kept rescheduling but no one ever showed to put the parts in. I talked to managers and they even gave me dispatch's phone number to see if I could schedule myself. The person at dispatching hung up on me! Literally I have never had this bad of service. I still don’t have the Refrigerator fixed. If I could give a zero star review I would! I will never use Sears No Services again! So bad you can’t even make it up!
