Kept pushing back my appointment because their system said I had no parts even though I told them multiple times I had the parts took over 2 weeks to get my fridge fixed and when he did fix it he didn't even clean up after himself.

Jeffrey came out very early 12/23 or 24. I was not given opportunities for my preference of service call time. I’m not sure he had the technical skills to diagnose my washing machine problem (repeating rinse and spin cycle and not finishing a load of laundry). Basically He told me it was my problem because I was putting too much clothes in a load and I should do smaller loads, so it could balance. Then he left, I was $150.00 poorer and my washing machine still can’t finish a load of wash no matter how small the load is. His service was a complete waste of time and money. They should send someone with the tech skills to fix my problem. Very dissatisfied!

The ac was not fixed. He couldn’t find out why is wasn’t working. Said he did all the tests and refilled the coolant and that it was working. Paid him and ac is not working. Called customer service who wouldn’t help with getting anyone to come fix it. Instead dropped the work order and took my money for NOTHING! Returned again this summer after the problem still is not fixed. Was very rude and obviously not wanting to be working so late in the day. Called prior to tell me my insurance company wouldn’t pay for anything besides a few tweaks, “so do you want me to come?”. He was rude to me and my husband told him to be respectful to me and he said goodbye and didn’t ever even come in. Horrible employee! Makes the company look real bad!

Called LG about a refrigerator problem. They scheduled the service repair with Sears Home Services. Everything went well at first. Guy came out and diagnosed the issue, but had to order the parts. Parts were shipped to my house on time. Another service appointment was made to install the parts. No one showed and no one gave any update in the 8-5 service window. I happened to have the techs number from the first appointment. He said that his vehicle broke down. Okay that happens but no call/texts? They rescheduled the appointment 4 more times but no one ever showed called or texted! Of course I called Sears Home services each time. Phone calls took 45 minutes just to talk to some one. They kept rescheduling but no one ever showed to put the parts in. I talked to managers and they even gave me dispatch's phone number to see if I could schedule myself. The person at dispatching hung up on me! Literally I have never had this bad of service. I still don’t have the Refrigerator fixed. If I could give a zero star review I would! I will never use Sears No Services again! So bad you can’t even make it up!

They fixed my fridge for $600. 34 days after the repair it failed again, looks like I'm out of luck.

This was an absolute nightmare. The technician started off by asking if I knew how to take apart the washer from the previous technician that diagnosed it. I left them alone to do the work and he said he'd figure it out. He then went outside to make a phone call or search something came back in and clearly was playing a video on how to fix it and turned his volume down. Left him alone for about an hour and a half any finally said I'm done I installed it this was one of the worst ones I've ever installed and I hope I never have to do it again. Then told me if they're still problems to reach back out and schedule for another service. He never tested plugged in or turned on the water to verify the part was installed correctly. So I turned it on and upon running a cycle water gushed out the bottom. I inspected and he never installed three screws on the bottom to hold the front on and he also damaged the metal on the top where a screw goes too. He also damaged part of the new part he installed. I know this because he threw that part in the box with the old part in it. Overall absolutely terrible experience. This technician should not be working on these types of machines. He should have in the beginning said I'm not comfortable with doing this can I reschedule.
