No human agents available to speak to only AI.Everything's automated. Therefore I guess I will take my business elsewhere.You just lost a potential customer. Can't even schedule an appointment with a human.Have to do that with AI.Also, there is no option to actually speak to a human.Everything is through a I

Sears has been a nightmare to deal with regarding my service warranty. The guys who come to fix it have been nice, however they're customer service representatives on the phone so not speak English as a first language, they are rude, and do not understand what I am saying and never solve the problems I'm having. It's been a nightmare as stated and then they want me to buy they're in home service contact after failing to honor the extended warrenty I purchased with my appliances. They refuse to replace my dishwasher even after putting 4 the amount of money into parts than it would cost to give me a new one. Then to top that off its been deemed non repairable now after 6 months of having repair men here twice a month trying to replace all the parts. Now we're again waiting to hear what they intend to do since it can not be fixed. My recommendation is to avoid them like the bubonic plague.
