Vich arrived for a A/C maintenance. He was very thorough and offered tips for me to maintain my AC unit. He has been to my home before and always offer top notch service. Sears Home Warranty has fantastic technicians.

Pleased with our recent repair visit. Willie was knowledgeable and professional. He walked us through the issue with our washing machine and options for resolution and repair. The only suggestion I have is to have the service representative wearing some sort of company identification like a shirt or badge. The service vehicle had identification though.
