The repair work done by Michael was excellent. However, dealing with Sears Home Services was very frustrating. I was told 2 parts were needed for the repair. One part came very quickly, the second never arrived. It was almost impossible to speak to a person at Sears Home Services for explanations. After waiting from June to October, 10/18/24 when Michael came and repaired the dishwasher using the part that I had received in July, it became clear that I had waited in excess of 3 months for no good reason.
