Brett, the Sear tech, did a great job fixing both my Craftsman riding lawn mower and my snowblower. He was on time, communicated with me when parts would be available and when he would be at my house (it took 3 appointments to finish the work), was knowledgeable, and friendly.

Jeffrey was AMAZING with the repair of my Maytag washing machine. He knew exactly what was wrong with it and fixed it! He is very courteous and knowledgeable. I would not want anyone else to repair my appliances.

Bret is an experienced technician in his work. He reviewed with me the repairs needed to be done, and gave me the cost estimate for repairs. He did a superb job and tested the lawn tractor to complete the work. He cleaned the area at completion of work. I appreciate that Bret was the person to do the needed repairs.
