Very late very rude $249 charge for the price to give a price NO diagnostics involved. NO cusotmer service person to talk to

Lack of communication from AI. They sent it to me stating the worker would arrive around 1205. The service man called me at 4:45 PM and asked the purpose of his visit. The person should know why they are coming to your home.

Technician refused to do the job he came to do, was very argumentative, disrespectful and rude to my fiancé.

He never showed up, he called, I gave him the right address, and he refused.

Very pushy with monthly warranty plan . Repair would be more than a new washer. Feels like a money grab. Take a cut for coming out and then quote outrages repair amount so now service needed.

The absolute worst! Sears’s home repair is a scam! We had Michael A here last week to fix our noisy Kenmore elite washer. Michael put a very expensive part in the washer, and after he left, I realized that the noise was still there, as loud as ever! Not only did he fail to fix the problem, he was the rudest individual I have ever met! I called Sears back and made two separate appointments, attempting to have someone different come to our home and fix the problem. On both of those occasions, Michael A was again assigned to the task. I canceled both of them and called after each one, attempting to explain that I wanted someone different and why. Both times that I called I was sent to an automated system with a bot that couldn’t explain or take in any information besides making an appointment or confirming one. When I finally figured out how to reach a person, I was routed to a call center in Asia somewhere. These people did not speak English and did not understand that I wanted a different repairman.Sears does not have a phone number for customer service. They have an automated, but who can make an appointment or confirm it but nowhere can I explain my experience or request a different serviceman. I will never ever use Sears again. When you comment on this review, Sears, do not tell me to call such and such phone number Because it is always an only the automated number and I won’t call it again.

After 1+ months and two attempts technician could not fix it.. and suggested to wait for another month for some tool :-(

I called Sears to have my dryer repaired. He repaired it without telling me what it would cost. It came to $400 to replace a fuse and I was satisfied because of a time crunch. I was told that it was guaranteed for 30 days if the same issue occurred. After 2 weeks my dryer stopped working again. They came back and told me that it was a new issue and that it could be repaired for an additional $560! on top of the $400. I was forced to pay for the service call of $139. Had the first repairman checked the timer when he was repairing it the first time, I would not have had to go through all of this aggravation. I resent having to pay for the service call. I gave it one star and that was being generous only because it wouldn't post otherwise. I will never do business with this company ever again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

EXTREMELY BAD. $250 gone for NOTHING and NO way to talk to a REAL person about getting a refund.
