I got a great customer service from the technician. He called me in a morning to let me know what time he’s gonna be here. He made another call when he was in my driveway. Educated me about how I can utilize all the features in my washing machine. Explained the problems, fixed them and he showed me what kind of maintenance I need to do to extend the lifespan of my machine. Great service! I am impressed.Thank you!
