We rescheduled a couple times but in the end, Vish showed up on Saturday night and pronounced our 8 year-old Bosch refrigerator DOA. Our man Vish was quick and accurate, giving te condenser last rights. I can’t imagine having g to blow $4k and yet he made it acceptable yet sad. lol.

Quick and informative. Very helpful. Unfortunately, the price quoted by the SAR was prohibitive, and, in my opinion, exorbitant, given the simple nature of the problem and the cost of the one cheap part needed to fix the problem, but I don’t hold that against the maintenance techs, who were fast, pleasant, and helpful in their diagnosis of the problem.
