Never using Sear's again! We were having issues with our oven and called Sear's to come repair it. They charged $100 to diagnose the issue, which was fine, but they needed to order a part to fix it. The part was supposed to be delivered 2 days later so the technician showed up 3 days later. The part hadnt arrived, but we were charged another $100 for doing absolutely zero work, plus $250 for the future part payment and install. They put the $100 towards the future service when the part would finally show up. 2 weeks went by and the part never showed up, despite us checking in every other day with online support. We asked for a refund because we were so frustrated with the lack of communication. We're now on week 3 without an oven and Sear's stole $350. No wonder they went out of business.
