Cal was a very knowledgeable technician. He was on time and explained everything he was doing. Answered all questions. If I was asked about their scheduling service I would have given them less than a two. This appointment was scheduled a week ago Cal was on his way and an hour before he was to arrive I got a text message from an AI individual telling me that unfortunately my appointment had been canceled to due to unforeseen circumstances. There was no one to call there was no one to talk to and I was extremely disappointed. When I texted Cal he apologized and he too didn't know what had happened. I understand AI is convenient and serve the purpose in some areas but when it comes to customer service it does not. I truly thought of going to another company except for the fact that at least they had one technician that was kind enough to reach out and let me know. So I would give a big thumbs up for the technician and a thumbs down for their service scheduler. I would not recommend this company but I would recommend Cal.

Very nice chatting with him…..He did a great job explaining what was going on. Not hurried at all…….. if scale went past 5 I’d give him a 10…….Marv

Robert was super helpful...he got my dryer working again... but did let me know that with the age of the dryer that it might be good to look into replacement. I that honesty and integrity is what I appreciate in technicians like that.

Our technician was great. He was very personable and friendly. He called ahead of time and got clarification from me of the issues. I was at work at the time and I informed him the my kids were home. He asked they were over 18 because he was not allowed to enter the home if they were not. I appreciated that great deal. Top notch all the way!!
