I wasn’t sure my furnace was acting correctly as my Nest thermostat sent me a report that my furnace was not heating for short periods of time and the temperature would drop by a degree or two. I Putin a claim with Choice Home Warrenty and they sent Michael from Sears Appliance repair, he introduced himself and we had a short conversation. He went right to work and discovered a sensor was dirty. He methodically cleaned, replaced it and my furnace is running very smoothly and heating properly once again. Michael was very polite and efficient. He is good furnace tech and please keep him around!

Was able to track when the technician was arriving. Caleb was very polite, professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had. They were also very efficient with getting the furnace running properly.

I’ve felt very critical of Sears Home Service plan, as I’ve received an abundance of confusing emails and texts, but on your technicians have made everything right! Keep employing good people, and ditch AI (your CS hotline is useless).
