After sending me a million texts and emails reminding me of my appointment, and trying to sell me an overpriced appliance repair plan, they were a no-call no-show on the day of. If you need appliance repair, go with someone local.

A tech came out, looked at the washing machine, and said that it was the main gear apparatus. The part had to be ordered. Two weeks later after the part arrived, a second tech came in and said that the gears were not the issue, it was the suspension. The suspension had to be ordered, so a third appointment was scheduled. The part never arrived, and the appointment date came and passed without any communication from Sears. The phone numbers were all automated and would hang up on you. I finally was able to cancel, and they said it would be 14-21 business days for a refund IF it was approved. This is without a doubt the worst service that I've ever experienced for any type of repair.
