The virtual scheduler and no live person to take my call really put us over a barrel when the first technician never showed up in the 8-5pm window. No updates or explanation. The rescheduled technician also never showed up between the guaranteed wi dow of 8-5pm two days later. He called at 6:30 to ask if we still wanted him to come! Horrible scheduling with no way to contact a real person was not the technicians fault. In fact they both said that everyone complains about that. Think twice before using them.
