Jeffery, with Sears Appliance Repair, definitely deserves a 5, hands down. Three reasons why: First he was Courteous. Very friendly and polite. Second, he was Competent. Fixed our washing machine like a pro. Third, Jeffery was a Coach to us. He educated us about how to take care of our machine so there is less chance of our machine breaking down. Thank you, Jeffery.
