I believe the repair person, Virgil, did what he could. We needed a warranty part and LG & the Sears service manager couldn't figure out how to get it for us. We wasted 4 weeks and hours on the phone with LG people trying to get the part. Not sure why this was so hard, but I didn't buy another LG refrigerator! The rating should have been lower, but I feel the repairman really tried everything to get the warranty part.

Pros: The technician, Virgil, called with ETA, and quickly installed the new sensor that had been sent to us in advance. He was thorough and helpful. 5 Stars for him. Cons: We upped our service date from 11/15 to 11/12 based on an AI generated message. After waiting ALL DAY (8am to 5pm) 11/12 for the service call, we received a message just after 5pm that our appt was rescheduled to 11/13...also 8am to 5pm. 0-1 star for lack of consideration for OUR time.

We have had an experience that ended with no solution. We have had service people in our home so frequently we felt like family, not a totally bad thing because Virgil was amazing. The problem was there is absolutely no way to speak to a representative when you have a question or need to confirm that the part has arrived. Doug was called in to assist Joseph with the problem and both worked hard to fix our issue but nothing could be done. We opted to cease and desist, with no solution. We are not being charged due to the inability of finding a solution
