He showed up early and got my oven running! I'm so happy to cook my thanksgiving turkey a day late,but what can you do? I'd ask for him for repairs again!

Excellent technician! Knowledgeable, efficient, personable. I am miffed that the original visit was rescheduled until today, then last week I got an email saying it had been rescheduled again until 11 days from now, and then THIS MORNING got an email saying it was scheduled for today! I didn't know what to make of that. So 5 stars for the technician but only 2.5 stars for the service scheduling and communication.
