Jacob was super and would hope to have him back for other repairs. I am not impressed with Sears warranty app at all. I had to pay twice $100 deductible on same job to make an appt that was missed. Nobody to speak to when calling for warranty work or questions. Terrible site and automated phone calls with no access to representative. Tried for 3 days and hours on hours. So paid again to get job done
