Is there a ZERO star option? I had a leaky dishwasher that was giving me an error code that could have triggered by multiple potential issues. Upon the technicians arrival the error code had gone away and the dishwasher seemed to be working. He came in anyway and noticed that there was a little bit of buildup on the door and chalked that up to what was causing the issues. I asked about the other issues that could have been causing it and if he can rule them out. He said that if any of the other possible issues were causing the error that I’d be better off replacing the machine than fixing it. He then charged me $139 and called it a day. He was here for 5 minutes and never diagnosed the problem, nor did he rule any issue out as being the potential cause. He only pointed out the very little bit of soap buildup. The $139 charge is a “diagnostic” charge. The issue was never disgnosed. The issue returned leaving me with no way of knowing what’s wrong with the machine. I called them and asked for a refund, they gave me an email to reach out to, and never heard anything back from them. Stay away from these crooks.

Second week in a row that I scheduled service and didn’t get any. The technician assigned to me was rude, condescending and didn’t show up either time. I still need my dryer repaired but will not be hiring sears.

I’ve spent 3 full days at home as they continuously changed the time 4 times throughout the days and then still showed up a hour late. This is the second person here that does not have knowledge on the refrigerator. They ordered 3 parts replaced two and left with the computer board. And I still do not have an ice machine that works. He confirmed upon leaving that it works?

I couldn’t get past the call center. They were unable to give me any Real estimate on the repair. I needed an estimate on how much to replace a belt and an idler pulley on a dryer. And they quoted me at $275 as a general for any repair. If it takes a tech two hours to do this, they’d be getting paid over $100 an hour since The total for parts is only $35. And that’s including four extra dryer rollers that I may not even need. When I asked to speak to a tech to get a quote on this exact repair, they said they can’t do that.

We did not receive service, therefore I cannot rate the technician. He called us on the phone, and it was determined he did not have a compressor for our fridge, so he did not come to our house
