Punctual. And helpful. The confirmation reply 1 thing wasn't working on my end but other than that I was able to see a more accurate time frame going through the email and checking everyonce In a while. I thought I would get a message about the timeframe. But did get a call from the technician so that was nice

Condenser fan needed to be replaced. Customer service and the repair man were great. AI parr was a bit annoying. I was disgusted to see that they ordered a cheap $23.00 Amazon replacement Condenser fan that had a 3.9 rating. So who knows how long that will last. That was after they lied and told me it was only being shipped by Amazon. So the repair guy gets + 5☆ but for their lies and cheap fix that cost me $583.00 I give them negative -2☆. I HATE DECEPTION AND FEELING SCREWED OVER! Welcome to the new America where screwing the custmer over is all in a days work.

Repairman is 5-star! The refridgerator is not. I've been patient since Nov 26 2025. The fridge is only 31/2 yrs old & has been nothing but problems. I want my money back. The appliance is a lemon! Dave Bremer

Rude, dismissive, and ill-informed. I was told that, " I got what I paid for" and that "I'm on my own." He told me that I needed to clean the machine with a toothbrush, and that it was stated in the owner's manual. Good thing I had the manual handy, and reiterated that what he was saying was garbage spewing out of his mouth. I was also told that the manual says that clothes will never dry all the way, and need to be hung to fully dry. This "technician" was more unqualified than if Biden and Trump had a baby, and that baby grew up to work at Sears.

I had a Saturday repair appointment a window of 8am to 5pm. Get a text at 10am saying they can't make it today this was booked over 2 weeks out. So I rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The same thing happened at 10:45 another text. Sorry for the inconvenience we can't service your dryer today. Very poor experience!!!
