This was a terrible experience. We had a technician assigned to us 4 times and they were canceled EVERYTIME! This meant missing work for 4 days as the window was 8-5. After calling in NUMEROUS times, I was finally able to have Rick come out. Rick was great! Friendly, knew what he was doing and listened to the customer. He gave ideas to prevent the same thing from happening again. I felt bad for him as he had to travel 3 hours round trip for the fix! They need to get technicians that live closer!!! The home warranty we used was Cinch. I don’t recommend them to anyone!

Punctual. And helpful. The confirmation reply 1 thing wasn't working on my end but other than that I was able to see a more accurate time frame going through the email and checking everyonce In a while. I thought I would get a message about the timeframe. But did get a call from the technician so that was nice
